Love This Shop! Mainly because I value GOOD customer service and building rapport with your clients is always a positive and that’s something this shop and it’s employees including the owner go above and beyond to make sure that I’m always taken care of, especially when I got the juice I needed for my vape during a time I couldn’t get down there. The effort is all that counts with me and the prices are AWESOME! Owner is very thorough and kind! Check it out for yourself!!

I love Rootz. I went in today to buy a bong and had a great time browsing the merchandise with the staff. They have a wonderful assortment of smoking hardware for all of your smoking needs. The staff are all so nice, attractive, and helpful too. The store is clean and well organized. Sometimes smoke shops are a bit on the run down side, but Rootz has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The lovely woman behind the counter introduced me to some new non-tobacco hemp cbd smokes by Mountain. I bought a pack for fun and it turns out that they are a delight to smoke. They are smooth and herby with a stress reducing effect. My experience at Rootz was enjoyable and educational. I am impressed. 10+

Great smoke shop and service . I didn't have to wait long and was attended to in time and properly. The girls there are great but their new addition on the team .... he is really awesome and helpful. I will be returning here and I recommend it to everybody

First time visiting this shop an was greeted by all the friendly staff. I felt welcomed within the first 2 minutes of my arrival. The store is clean an organized and has a huge variety of items not found in all smoke shops. The prices are very reasonable and affordable to meet my needs. Corina was very helpful and had answers for all of my questions. She had me sold within a few minutes of my selection and probably would prefer her every time from now on. I will be making this my home store for all my smoke shop needs. The store is right off 1st St. near Grand Ave in Santa Ana, close to freeways. I recommend all to stop by and view the selection and cost compare against all other smoke shops. You will not be disappointed! Thanks to Corina an Maxx keep up the great service.

I decided that I absolutely just HAD TO hop on yelp to write a review after my second visit to this smoke shop. The first time around, I was greeted with a warm welcome. All eyes were on me as soon as I walked in, even while the gentlemen was helping out another costumer, I was still very much acknowledged. While the employee was helping out the customer, I started glancing around the shop and was blown away by the prices of some of these pieces! Totally affordable totally dope sick ass pieces for literally under $100 or barely over, and that's for the name brand. They also have options on another wall for cool pieces that are about $40 but are just as dope. Their selection is awesome because you don't have to come here and just blow your whole entire paycheck. I love the entire layout of the store. My second time around was absolutely amazing and why I decided to write a review. So the binger I had purchased unfortunately wasn't hitting how it was supposed too, so when I brought it in the gentlemen whose name is Alex, let me swap it out for another one with no problem at all. He was totally understanding and said that sometimes this happens with the glass that during the glass blowing process the holes will sometimes be sealed shut. Totally understandable. My boyfriend decided to purchase a piece of glass too, and while we were conversing with Alex about the shop, and how they have another one in fountain valley, Alex even went above and beyond to give my boyfriend a discount on an already inexpensive binger!! When I noticed that it was discounted, Alex replied with "I like when people leave the store happy and satisfied." My heart strings definitely got pulled with that drop!!!! I highly recommend this smoke shop to anyone who's looking for friendly service, and glass that isn't going to make you second guess if the purchase was worth it. I'm going to continue coming to this smoke shop and will be telling all my friends about it. Thanks again Alex you're the best!!!
